The farmhouse is warm and cosy with a lovely vineyard and lots of trees ..olives,apples, pomegranate etc etc.The farm also has geese ,hens and a cute little pony. The restaurant serves good home cooked meals and they also sell their own produce...jam,wine, oil etc.

We spent a wonderful family vacation at Villa degli Ulivi in Fermo, Marche. The accommodation was very comfortable and peaceful – the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the area. The landscapes are stunning, and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming. Our hosts, Alberto and Mrs. Grazia, were incredibly attentive, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We truly felt welcomed and appreciated their warm hospitality. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in nature, with all the comforts of home.

The room was perfectly clean. The owner, Riccardo was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, we were offered home made jam and baked goods (made by the owner). 100% recommended, would go again!

This is a beautiful property sympathetically restored by the wonderful umberto , The property is comfortable and welcoming with all the modern conviencies that you might need. We were upgarded at no charge to a fabulous room with a sea view. There is a lift for luggage and the communal areas are large and tastefully furnished . The main piazza is a 1 minute walk and we managed to park with a permit supplied by umberto directly outside. We were only staying for one night but having found this gem we wish we could have stayed longer , the best nights sleep on our trip so far, we were sad to say goodbye to Umberto after a coffe he sent us on our way with complimentary cake ….we will return ❤️❤️

We were welcomed by our host who ensured we had everything we needed. The property is exceptional - well equipped, very comfortable, quiet, and very close to the centre of Fermo. Ten minute walk to a nearby supermarket for all we needed. Plenty of nearby restaurants. Wonderful scenery and architecture to see. Our host was so kind when we checked out to ensure we had transport to the station in Porto San Giorgio Fermo. We have no hesitations in recommending this property for a stay in Fermo. Be aware, Fermo is high on a hill with fairly steep cobbled streets - comfortable shoes are essential!

Beautiful apartment inside the old palace, fully renovated with antique furniture but all new futures. Also great location inside the old part of Fermo.
