The room that Booking.com encouraged us to upgrade to was not available when we arrived but Simona patiently spent over an hour showing us alternative rooms. After a couple of days, Hotel Royal provided us with the suite that we had originally booked as soon as it was available. The suite was remarkable; the view was amazing. Jacuzzi tub & shower worked well...always a pleasant surprise!! The breakfast had a wide variety of fruits, pastries and beverages.When I experienced an unexpected minor medical emergency, the staff were extremely helpful and sincerely caring about my well being. Overall, the Hotel Royal was a wonderful experience .

Loved the infinity swimming pool with amazing views and staff couldn’t do enough for you, very friendly. Also there was a free shuttle service into town as the hotel is high up. Loved our stay and the view out of our room was stunning

It's close to PalaSavelli, so this is an ideal hotel to stay in if you will be watching some games there. Check-in was fast, just make sure to communicate with them before arriving. The rate includes breakfast, but guests need to go to the nearby commercial center to get it.

Great hosts! Brilliant room service! Fantastic atmosphere altogether, with a lovely breakfast that can be arranged for an additional fee. And there's the attraction of the hotel, coming out of the breakfast room, La Terrazza, a spacious terrace where you can have your breakfast. There's also a communal space outside the entrance - it can be most convenient when you want some relaxing time in the shades of all the plants around. Very attractive location too. The parking lot, the most precious thing when you travel here by car. Also, I was struck by the size of my private bathroom - enormous - compared to the ones I've been to before, almost as huge as the room itself. There's no luxury here as such, simplicity and convenience is my personal luxury, you just need a space to sleep when you visit a place, honestly.

Had a change of plan and needed to find a hotel at short notice. Had a delightful experience. Location is superb

Lovely stay at Lido & Apartment! I had a great experience at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location is amazing – just a short walk from the beach. One of the highlights was the beautiful sea view from the room; I could even watch the sunrise right from my balcony! The parking was also excellent, which made everything even more convenient. I would definitely stay here again!
