Loved everything. The location is easy for visits to Fermo and the surrounding area. We loved the views, enjoyed the peaceful tranquility, the host was amazing; welcoming and helpful. We felt like we were part of the family. Breakfast was heavenly, sitting out in the sun drinking the most delicious cappuccino and enjoying the tastiest of treats. Thanks to Samuele (and your wonderful wife who is also working in the background) for making us feel so welcome. It was hard to leave.

This is an historic old house, not easy to find at first, but a delight once we got the 'lay of the land'. The owner and staff are very hospitable and friendly. Breakfast included some homemade goodies and good coffee. The B&B is not too difficult a walk to Fermo's Piazza - city center - which includes several museums, restaurants, shops. Fermo is a surprising little town with oodles of history, winding cobblestone streets, hills and charm. We happened to be there at the time of an Octoberfest celebration with their sister city and met other guests at the B&B that were there from Germany.

Friendly welcoming owner and staff. The swimming pool was great after a long drive, lovely well kept garden. Superb breakfast. The restaurant on site is excellent and why would you want to go elsewhere. Rooms are rustic and super clean. We have stayed in many agricole tourismo locations and this is up there with the best. Looking forward to returning on our next trip.
