The location is very close to Caselgrande station. There are a few eataries and a very large super market at a walking distance.

Perfect stay!! Clean, all the necessary facities, good quality breakfast and a special thanks to the staff who helped us much more than expected!! That is the true hospitality that made our stay perfect!! They also have a osteria with the best italian quality of products so really it was a very pleasent surprise for us to find such a perfect place in Scandiano!! Thank you again for everything!!!

I was looking for a place on my roadtrip where I could park my car safely and have a good night sleep. That's what I got and in such a beautiful environment! I think the people who have put bad reviews to this place were booking it blindly. The place is located in a small village and feels pretty much in countryside, so I wouldn't expect a brand new furniture and 24h service. The place, the house the old furniture in the room was just perfect! You can feel that it's been kept the way it should be - honouring the history and nature. I would definitely go there again! For the people who might not choose the place because of shared kitchen - there is plenty of room for everyone and even more to make yourself a nice dinner. The kitchen has everything you need.

Host was very nice, if was important for us she knew English, we have got personal breakfast. It was truly nice local experience

The hotel is not located in a city centre, so not very touristy. It’s near a road, making it a perfect base for excursions in the region by car. Not the fuzz of a busy town either. Staff is really friendly and helpful, and the whole place is fresh, clean and new. Good beds, great shower and enough parking space. Just around the corner are two excellent local restaurants with great food. Had a really pleasant stay here!

We had an amazing stay! The farm and winery are beautiful and peaceful, and Marcello is an exceptional host — warm, helpful, and full of great recommendations. He even helped us book restaurants and waited for us late at night when our flight was delayed. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was fresh and delicious, and everything was taken care of perfectly. A truly special place we will never forget — we would definitely come back! ❤️
