Immaculately clean, modern hotel. We booked to be close to the airport for an early flight the following morning. Reception and Restaurant staff were exceptional!! Very friendly and professional. We had two ground floor rooms which also had private secure parking to the rear of the room for our hire car. Very handy for loading luggage the following morning. Breakfast was plentiful, with a great selection. We were sorry we didn't spend a couple more days at this hotel. Highly recommended it!

We got a nice connected room for our family. Free parking. Since we were leaving before breakfast we got a voucer to change in at the airport. Orange juice, croissant and coffee.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and the service was brilliant. The hotel has free parking which is perfect if you have a rental car as we did. Highly reccomend for those looking for somewhere to stay after flying into Bergamo Airport.
