The location was perfect for exploring Montefalco. We used this agriturismo to be our base for wine tasting. Paolo is so so so very kind. I cannot stress this enough. He even sent us off with some sandwiches and extra snacks for the road when traveling. He is so attentive! I wanted for nothing. He anticipated your needs and wants to make sure you are comfortable. The property is immaculate. Super clean. We were out and about so we did not get to use the pool but the view is spectacular. Do yourself a favor, and stay here! Air conditioning worked great. Shower pressure and hot water are also fantastic. We have no complaints. Would absolutely stay here again, 10/10!!!!

Well located property , near the bus stop where you can take the bus to go to San Francesco Abbeys. Great host, gave us all instructions we needed to spend the day. Very clean and neat property , kitchen has everything needed if you want to cook and great place where to park you car inside the b&b. Easy access to the main roads and highways. Definitely recommend the place.

One of the best stays I have ever had in Italy. It was perfect! The apartment was big, super clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed. Daniela was a star! She helped us with everything . Brought our breakfast every morning, which my by the way was delicious ! Can't recommend enough. You need to have a car thought to move around but the location is the best ! Thank you, Daniela ! We will definitely be back !
