Very friendly and helpful staff who were kind enough to give us a free welcome drink. The room and bathroom were well appointed, fresh decor, great size. Breakfast 'goodies' were provided and included in the price - tea and coffee making facilities, pastries, ham/cheese, spreads, cereals, orange juice etc. Decent linen on the beds, and nice soft good sized bathroom towels. The place was pretty deserted when we were there and so plenty of secure parking. Lovely gardens and grounds.
