We had a wonderful stay at this charming boutique hotel! It's a small, family-run property that truly makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The owners also run the attached restaurant, and their passion for hospitality shines through in every detail. The food was absolutely delicious, with everything made in-house using fresh local produce and locally sourced meats. Every meal was a highlight of our stay. The location is also ideal—peaceful and relaxing, yet only about five minutes by car from Saronno, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. If you're looking for a cozy hotel with exceptional food, warm hospitality, and a convenient location, this is the perfect choice. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

Wonderful service, very welcoming, and it really reflects the warmth of Italian people

After hundreds of bookings through Booking.com, this is probably the hotel with the best price-to-quality ratio I have experienced. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. The walk-in shower in my room had a particularly strong water flow. At night, the hotel is pleasantly quiet and maintained at a very comfortable temperature. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed warmly, and the check-in process itself is quick and efficient. The restaurant menu may not be extremely extensive, but the dishes are well selected and flavourful. The service is exceptionally friendly, including during the generous breakfast. The surroundings may not be particularly picturesque, but for a business hotel they are more than adequate. Free parking is available in the secure underground car park. For those who enjoy shopping, there is a very large shopping mall less than ten minutes away, where parking is also free. There are also several good restaurants in the area. All in all, this is a particularly pleasant hotel at which I will certainly book again.

Perfect, perfect, perfect. Breakfast, accommodation, kindness.

Everything was clean, new and tastefully decorated/ stocked. We received a code for the entry gate and another to retrieve keys. There is an elevator. Parking is along the street.

Literally everything! The room made our trip the best trip ever!! It was the best and most comfortable ever. It’s also next to the train so everything was near. Me and my best friend loved it. The host was very friendly and helpful also.

The flat was spotless , nothing to add. Thank you Matteo for your support during the stay of my father in law! Will return soon .
