My stay at this hotel was wonderfully comfortable and relaxing, with a fantastic view from the balcony. The staff were friendly and provided excellent hospitality.

The room with view on the lake has a lot of space and great view. Beautiful breakfast area with antique instrument om the wall.

4th time staying here . Alfonso is a great host and location is amazing.

We spent a night here as a family while on a stopover. The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms we had were small but very clean and pleasant. The surroundings are simply magnificent, with a breathtaking Italian garden overlooking Lake Varese. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which was simple and delicious.

Top breakbast, various of sweet bakery but also plain. Everyone can choose. Large parking. Nice staff.

We had an amazing stay, we really can only recommend this place. The owner is also very nice and always available if needed. The village is very cute, it helps to have bikes or a car to facilitate reaching places around.

The host is so friendly. He makes the stay even more worthwhile. The room is big has a fan (that is really important in summer). Bathroom was very clean and big amazing to get ready for a night out. The location is perfect as well, very quite slightly remote. I will definitely book again.

The view is just amazing! All our dinners were on the balcony. Carlo is just a super host! He was so friendly, kind and helpful ! He washed bedsheets and towels with sensitive liquid because we are allergic. The apartment is full of equipment, you find everything that you need. It's clean, very interesting design. You definitely feel the Italian vibe.

Great apartment with 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, big kitchen. Comfortable beds, place for parking on the premises. View of the lake through the terrace. Everything is as the pictures. It has a big fridge and appliances you can use.

Excellent property with three floors, very comfortable bed and all the needed accessories to make the stay enjoyable.the owners are very communicative and the lake view was lovely.

I liked being in the little courtyard as it meant there was no passing traffic, it was very quiet.

We chose this accommodation as a last stay during our Italy trip before heading back home. We immediately regretted not having booked this property for longer. The place is beautiful, has an amazing view, very clean and the host is super friendly. The host even woke up at 4 in the morning to say goodbye as we had an early flight. We are definitely coming back!

It was a very cozy, quiet and relaxing stay, beautiful views from the balcony ☺️ We enjoyed a lot the LP player with a nice records collection. Kids were happy to explore the garden. Olga is a wonderful and caring host, gave us several good recommendations in the area.

We absolutely loved our stay at Le Tre Arti, just perfect for a family of 5 taking two rooms. The kitchen space was super to have access too and the hosts so friendly and helpful.
