Everything was perfect! The cleanliness, the facilities, and the swimming pool were all excellent. We had a wonderful time and the only downside was that we couldn’t stay longer — the time went by far too quickly. 😊 We would definitely come back again.

The exceptional vista from the room of the snow capped mountains across from the lake. Beautifully presented room and bathroom. Glorious large bed. Excellent reception staff who very kindly allowed us to borrow their personal umbrella as it was raining. Excellent and safe parking.

The Villa was in my personal opinion in one of the best areas of Lake Como and we had such a lovely host! So kind. The resident dog stole my heart! The rooms were spotless & spacious with an amazing memory foam bed. There’s also a sun room where you eat breakfast which is lovely to read in. We didn’t eat breakfast but it looked amazing, so much choice. Everything about this stay was perfect. Plenty of parking available but it is a tight, narrow road so you need to be a confident driver.

Big apartment. Very well equipped. Clean. Under cover parking and a lift to our floor, so no lugging bags up the stairs. Host very responsive and did well to communicate without English. Everything we needed for a couple of days but could easily stay longer.

Everything! Newly done, or at least everything looks in perfect condition. Everything is as in the photos given or better!! * Breakfast was lovely. * Amazing views of the lake and mountains. * Very clean, comfortable bed, towels and linen. * Free parking. (not easy to find free parking at Lake Como...) Lorenzo and his parents are very welcoming hosts.

Quiet, upper part of the town overlooking the lake. Very clean, light & spacious with a little table outside for lakeside view. Roadside parking available & property is nestled down some cobbled steps. Fantastic communication & check-in instructions. Very helpful & friendly with lovely local neighbours. 10 min walk down into main town, ferry port & local restaurants. But it is steep road/steps & uphill back!

The property manager, Claudia, was so attentive. She provided clear and precise instructions for check in and check out, and also ensured we arrived safely. 10/10 for communication. The property was immaculately clean and had a beautiful lake view, complete with a balcony to enjoy this! The kitchen was well resourced, and we appreciated the little extras left for guests like olive oil and treats. It was very spacious and would be perfect for a long term stay in the summer too.
