Outstanding small cottage a few minutes of driving from amazing views of Pitigliano, Sorano and Sovana, in the middle of Grosseto province. In a very quite place, surrounded by olive trees, well equipped and furnished. Our trip was in november and we found a wonderful weather and we managed to visit and enjoy Saturnia's open thermal waters, named "cascatelle". I definitely suggest la Mimosa!

We would like to thank you very much for your hospitality. We've truly enjoyed your house and good care of you and your staff. And, we discovered a new area in Italy that surprised us in a positive manner. Wild, rough, and desolate, yet beautiful and interesting.

Place is fantastic with great location. It's kinda middle of nowhere but that's what makes it so special. Area is quiet with 15 minutes drive to nearest shops in one of the most beautiful little towns you could see (Pitigliano) Luciano is just who we expected him to be. Very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool is massive and with hot temperatures outside just perfect for cooling yourself down. It feels like visiting our grandparents house in best location they could ever chose. Well recommended and we'll definitely come back here again.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It is a spacious, bright, airy apartment in an incredibly picturesque location. We were blown away when we walked inside ❤️ The apartment is clean 11/10, nice bed linen, towels, good lighting, hot water - enough for 3 girls. Federico is a very nice person, and the village has friendly neighbors and absolute silence. We will definitely come back for a longer stay 🌸🌸🌸

Stayed 2 nights on a long cycle stopover. Hospitality, communication, facilities, thoughtful care and provisions for guests! Exactly as described and per photos. Comfortable, clean and homely! Had all we needed and would love to visit again :)

We had a very good stay. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and very convenient overall. The room itself was beautiful, comfortable, and pleasant to spend time in. One of the highlights was definitely the sunsets, which were absolutely incredible and made the stay feel extra special. The staff were friendly and welcoming. It was also convenient to stay here with a child. The breakfast was excellent. We also appreciated the convenient parking. Overall, this is a lovely place to stay, with a great combination of location, comfort, service, and family-friendly convenience.

Staff were so helpful even before we arrived, ensuring we had the apartment we wanted and sleeping arrangements. Then we were able to leave our luggage early so we could have a full day exploring. Barbara welcomed us and showed us how to operate the air con. The apartment was spotless and perfect for the three of us. Great little kitchen with all we could need. Lovely cool sitting room with a big dining table. Loads of storage. Nice garden front and back, cool in the evenings. Great pool and shaded parking for the car. Local map with all sites of interest clearly marked and explained. We went to Cascate Di Molino and Etruscan tombs one day, then Sacro Bosco and the Tarot Garden other days, and enjoyed wandering around Sorano one evening. Had a very nice and good value pizza on the square. Wish we'd had longer, and would love to go back one day.

Our host was very kind and made every request possible, even our late check in, and made the best pasta we ever ate.

Dear Fabiola is always there and available when need arises. Quick response and quick solutions. Cooking gas tank went empty- 5 min after notification she already replaced it.

I really liked their restaurant: both the diner and the breakfast were amazing. They use only (or mostly? at least) products that thet grow themselves, and it's all bio. Also I'm a celiac and they were easily able to adapt to my needs, even more so than some "big" restaurants can do. Also very cool is that they have many animals, and allowed me to go in to see them up close (there was a cute donkey notably). You kind of felt part of the family, if we can say that, and it felt nice. Would consider going back there if I go in this part of Italy in the future.

Peacefully located in the middle of nowhere. Perfect hide-away on route to Sienna.

Good and comfortable accommodation in natural surroundings close to historical/cultural places of interest. Lovely pool - and the breakfast is great. Hosts are friendly and helpful - would surely stay again!

Everything!!! ! The hotel is wonderful and incredibly comfortable. We wanted to explore this part of Tuscany and we were not wrong with the location - there are beautiful towns within a short distance, and the place where the hotel is located is beautiful. We were delighted by the accessibility of the staff, and I would especially like to praise the girls who served us breakfast, they were incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh and tasty ingredients. The warm atmosphere, the friendliness of the staff and the really nice ambience meant that we will definitely come back here.

Very comfortable bed. Traditional farmhouse managed by the family. Vanda and Sergio are amazing hosts. Countryside close to castel’azarra and Selvana. Breakfast superb all home made pastries etc… real coffee. I felt really at home. The land around and the beautiful walks… Vanda is an excellent cook and is known for lunch and dinner. I loved her cooking great dolces too. Excellent wines…
