Lovely welcome from friendly hosts. Picturesque countryside. Complete quiet. Room was charming, spacious, warm and very clean. Comfortable bed. The whole property was tastefully decorated in character of the area. The food, both dinner and breakfast, was amazing!

The view, the house, the facilities. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly, we felt at home.

Caterina was very kind and helpful. The accommodation is simple but absolutely fine and the location is beautiful. It was also very good value for money, despite being booked at the last minute.

Excellent house in the Lazio countryside with great yard area. During the June heatwave the house inside stayed cool and the air conditioning in the rooms was also a pleasure - not forgetting the pool!. Everything worked in the house. It is rural, so a car is needed as e.g. the nearest shop or restaurant is some kilometers away.

È super pulito, moderno, perfetto per lunghi soggiorni. Attrettato con cura con cavi per la ricarica, aria condizionata in camera da letto e cucina completa. C’era anche un kit da cucito e la lavatrice canta! Vicino al fiume dove andavo con il mio cane ogni giorno. Appartamento molto pratico e vicino a un bar che serve del buon caffè. Ho prolungato il mio soggiorno, è stato così bello dopo un rustico cavalcato da pulci, stile su sostanza piatto!

Perfect stay, even better in person than in the photos, and sparking clean. It's a bit like living in a quirky well-kept museum. To be honest, we chose to overnight in Toffia specifically because of this place, and it did not disappoint! It has a nice kitchen, and bathroom with good washing machine. It's in a traditional house so it's not very bright, but is decorated with lots of charm. The owners are very nice, and asked if we needed dinner when we cycled there. They let us keep the bikes inside. The location is great, near the main city gate and a cute café. I would stay here again.
