The host, Ms. Theresa is very kind, nice and welcoming beyond any expectations to provide the guests to feel like right at home. There is full access to the large and nicely furnished living and dining area as well as kitchen with plenty of fresh food and drinks. The rooms are also large and very comfortable. The house is situated in quite small village some 400 m above and 15 minutes drive from Rieti. Altogether, I highly recommend this B&B.

For peace of mind just come here.. so relaxing and quiet.. very nice stay.. the kitchen had everything that you need.. we had our garden and had a very sweet visitor, Mr Cat.. 🐈 it’s in the outskirts of Rieti.. 16kms away.. but so much worth it. If you need groceries buy before cause there is just a small alimentarie near by.. Definitely recommend here.. The owner was very nice and helpful too..

Very beautiful ambiente in and around an old farmhouse with a lot of Italien atmosphere; single room upstairs beside the rooms of the family but with private bath, parking in front of the garden near the entrance and English native speaking host, late check- in was possible only a few hours after having made the reservation. For one person the price is not a bargain and you sleep close to the inhabitants but for me it seemed absolutely OK because of the ambiente and the nice family.

Breakfast was really good. The B&B was quaint and beautifully decorated.

Amazing villa. Had everything you need. It was situated in beautiful gardens and very private. It was our base to get to other places like Rome and Terni where our family live. Also to beautiful Orvieto. Definitely recommend this lovely villa.

Beautiful historical villa and gardens. Love the murano chandelier and all the furniture. The dining room is amazing and wonderful with a beautiful wood ceiling. You can relax and feel like living in early 1900. They adapted very well the old and elegant rooms with modern confort ( air conditioning, modern bathrooms) without changing the classic style. The swimming pool is large and it’s perfect for swimming. We will come definitely back and we will recommend to friends. The breakfast in a rooftop terrace is relaxing, good variety of food. Great service in all the hotel.

Apartment really good size and good value. Very clean and beds comfortable. Location good and very easy to walk into the centre of town and to restaurants etc

An absolutely superb b&b. Luca could not have more hospitable. There were no restaurants open nearby, so he cooked us a fantastic meal. The place is spotless, the breakfast was great, the location (at the foot of a castle) is amazing.

Comfortable beds, and a super clean bathroom with hot water. The towels were new and perfectly white. The hotel stuff was extremely nice and the breakfast was home made and delicious.
