Staying here is really value for money. Breakfast selection was great! Room was also cozy. Connecting to the internet was a breeze. I loved the patio area outside the restaurant.

Rooms were clean, comfortable and bathroom had a tub. Only 10 minutes walk from tram stop.

Location was perfect, close to train I was given an upgrade , the bathroom was clean , perfect stay

We had a great stay. Breakfast was delicious, and our suite was very spacious with its own private terrace/balcony. The area was quiet and peaceful, while still only about a 20-minute walk from Ponte Vecchio and the heart of Florence. The rooftop pool was a huge plus, especially with the kids and the 40°C summer heat! Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay for our family.

It is in a quiet area away from the crowds, surrounded by greenery that provides privacy. The pool is perfect to escape the heat and the bar by the pool serves delicious cocktails and drinks. The room is spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Toiletries are high quality. Overall the staff are the shining element of the hotel, being extremely friendly and accommodating of our needs.

We liked the camp as a whole - great facilities, restaurant, very clean tent, parking, organization, kind employees.

Man, this hostel is functioning on a different level. I loved the self-check-in area, the system that they built for that is impressive. Everything looks fresh and new, the furniture, the rooms. Our room was clean, it had 2 bathrooms, one with toilet, one with the shower. That's a smart design. The beds were so comfy, everything was clean and the room was cooled with AC working. It was the right temperature for me. The staff are amazing. They host events like Karaoke night at the hostel. The guests are diverse and fun. Also, the hostel is super close to the train station, which is again super convenient.

The people working there are GREAT.The Electric door on the parking area operated by reception was fantastic for parking my motorcycle.Very good breakfast also.I stayed there alone.Room was a bit small but if you intend to use the hotel only for sleep and the whole day gone this is not a problem.Tram is like 10-12 minutes walking from hotel.It will be in my choices next year

We are very satisfied with the hotel. The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean, and it's very well located, half a block from the Duomo, with everything right around you. Highly recommended for its location and price.We are very satisfied with the hotel.

Great place and location, just a 5 minute walk and 20 minute ride to get to Unita which was near the city center. The rooms were nice and the shower was lovely. Breakfast was slightly different each day. The ladies that did breakfast lit up the morning and started my day off with a smile and a laugh. I would come back here again.

The check in procedure was seamless. We got a taxi from the train station then walked to the apartment which was only a few blocks away. We were pleasantly surprised that we were right opposite the Piazza Repubblica which had lovely restaurants around the outside. Our apartment/room was spacious and comfortable. An added surprise was a complimentary continental breakfast each day with a coffee ☕ machine. It was so easy to walk everywhere from there.

The property manager Paulo met us at the property. He was more than helpful with getting us settled into the apt and giving us helpful information about the apt and local area. Thank you Paulo. Highly Recommend this lovely 600+ yr old apt within walking distance of the Piazza del Duomo and other places of great interest.
