The couple running this place is absolutely lovely. They provided us with everything needed and are super caring. They gave us a lot of recommendations and were always approachable. Room is very nice, the bathtub is the highlight, we would say. No AC, but we were here early September and didn't need one.

Superb sea view directly from the room and from enormous terrace our room included. Sunrises were really something special. Also view of Etna from road-side of the house. Free parking on the premises was extremely helpful. Situated short drive from lots east Etna hikes which are not too touristy (Rifugio Citelli is a great starting point for instance). Breakfast room (and the whole property actually) is really nice and well thought-through. Breakfast was tasty and sufficient, though more on the sweet side. Our host Lorena was very friendly and accommodating. Great middle point to explore east coast towns.

Was in a quite area and very peaceful. Ideal to unwind abit. We liked the billiard table! Everything was great! Fireplace was nice and cosy. We wouldn't mind staying here again!! You can see a view of the Etna.

Our stay at Chalet Etna Milo was excellent. The chalet was clean, comfortable, and surrounded by beautiful nature. However, that was not the reason why our stay was so memorable. The hospitality of the hosts, Rosella and Nino, was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived in Italy, they made us feel at home. That was partly because of the little things Rosella did for us, like surprising us with a nice treat at our arrival. They also helped us out when we got in trouble at the airport, when the car we had reserved was cancelled. Don’t look any further. Just book this chalet. You’ll feel as welcome as we did.
