The location was fantastic the views were spectacular and the hotel was just perfect - the meals served at the hotel were delicious and there was plenty of choice plus a bonus of 10% off all food and drink (as a resident of the hotel) the staff were very polite helpful and kind and we will definitely be going back for another visit

The host family made our stay, Yvonne, Paolo, and Valeria were so fondly and welcoming. The room was nice and big and had a great view. The pool and bar were fabulous.

You have everything what you need here: swimming pools, market, restaurant, parking, self service washing machine, kids playground etc. Stuff is very nice. We was able to park just in front of apartment, so BIG plus. Market is also nice add up, normal prices. You can pay everywhere with the card. This hole place is very nice and good organized. There is no big complaints only few things that would make this place even better. Mobile network was bad but WiFi was just good.

The hospitality at hotel Gabbiano is above and beyond. We met Christian the hotel manager who helped us in a very bad situation when our car got broken after checkout. He did not only bring us to a car repair shop and managed the translation with the Italian mechanic patiently. In the end he even drove us 1h with all our luggage in his private car to our new hotel without expecting anything in return!!! I cannot express how much friendliness, hospitality and help we experienced in particular from Christian and the whole hotel Gabbiano Team. Highly recommend! Also for the cleaniness, the breakfast and the great location just a few steps from the sea. We will definitively come back and recommend this place to our friends.

Overall it was a goood experience. Staff was very helpful, especially at the reception. Except the bartender who refused to give me couple of cubes of ice to put on my kids skin rash without me buying drinks (heartless), everyone else were really helpful. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. Breakfast was full of variety and catered for everyone. Pool and the surrounding was fantastic. Location is perfect to reach all types of activates.

We had such a wonderful stay in this apartment. Everything felt fresh and new, as it has clearly been recently renovated with great care. The space was spotless, beautifully furnished, and very inviting from the moment we walked in. The welcome cleaning kit was a lovely touch and made us feel right at home. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made it easy to relax and rest after a long day. We stayed for two nights and honestly wished we could have stayed longer. It’s an amazing place, and the customer service was just as lovely, helpful, and very welcoming. We would absolutely love to come back again.

Staff was unbelievable kind and helpful. Especially Luigi made sure that our stay in Garda was everything Garda could offer. Breakfast was rich and tasty. Location was great and it was easy to walk everywhere. Despite the good location and traffic outside our room was calm and quiet. Our expectations were exceeded. We will definitely come back!

Place is amazing. The hotel is near the mountain and has an opened swiming spool.Staff is wonderful, and food is delicious. I would highly recommend the hotel Marco Polo ,especially to families and people who like peacful but active holiday.

So central, very helpful and friendly. We mislaid a bagpack when we were leaving to move to another location,they found it in the hall and held it for us until we were passing through Lake Garda a few days later. They were so nice and helpful about it. The apartment is in a perfect location. Loved every minute there.

Luca was a fantastic host. He was flexible with our arrival and departure and made us feel very welcome. We stayed in the family apartment which is so much bigger than we were expecting. So much space for a family of 4. Great little extras with toys for the kids and a huge balcony to enjoy. The location is the best part - 2mins walk from the lake. Incredible restaurants, decent supermarkets, an ice cream shop and the bus station within a few steps of the apartment. Thank you so much for a great stay.

A special bonus is the Friday flea market, which is a fantastic spot for shopping, and the nearby Bardolino walk was absolutely lovely.

Lads walking holiday, great base. Excellent vfm. Free excursion to monte baldo,saved us a fair bit money. Lots of great walking from hotel door step.
