Location is perfect, and overall vibe of the neighborhood. Room was spacious, modern, new and very clean. It is easy to find the location, parking is just in front (paying services during the day). We will come back for sure.

The hotel is freshly renovated, the rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was pretty much standard as in each modern hotel - buffet with plenty of pastries, vegetables, sweets, yogurt, nuts, oats, juices, eggs… overall a great selection! Staff were also very friendly and helpful and you can also order dinner at the hotel restaurant which was 10-20% cheaper, than what you would get at any other restaurant on the lake and it tasted wonderful! Big plus is the location. Situated right at the lake and away from the touristy places we had great views and peace and quiet. The hotel is just 5 minutes by car from the city of Malcesine and about 20 minutes from Riva del Garda and Trento. You can also borrow free bike from hotel to ride there along the lake as there is a bike road on the beach. Overall a great place to stay!

Everything was excellent, just as pictured, along with the beautiful view of the boats. The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable, situated in a great location with parking available. We enjoyed a tasty breakfast and found the staff at the reception to be exceptionally friendly and available around the clock.

Such an extraordinary beautiful place to stay! 2-3 km outside the old town, so you need a car for your stay. But parking was not an issue because there is a gated parking area on the yard. We had a suite for 4 persons and it was just stunning. So much space, big rooms and so stylish decor. The renovation obviosuly was cleverly designed. Even the elevator was placed so that none of the guest rooms shared a wall with it. We stayed after Christmas in winter but I would love to visit this place again during spring or autumn. As close to perfection I can imagine. I will never forget the star sky when we arrived.
