The place is amazing, very cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the house and its owners. It feels like you came to visit your old friends and staying in their house. The owners are very nice caring people. There is a possibility to have tasty breakfast in the morning and tour around the winery. For those who are searching for unique and special experience.

We had a wonderful rest here. The location is quiet and peaceful, and the parking spot was very convenient. Francesco is a great host! We appreciated the coffee, tea, snacks, and milk in the kitchen. Everything was perfect for our comfort

It was a green oasis with a few rabbits running on the grass. Very quiet and private. Everything was great

People welcomed us very nicely, they were helpful and kind. The check in was very fast and easy. The room absolutely clean and perfectly neat. It smelled nice and was quiet all the time.i even sent a message for a late check in and got an immidiate response with aknowlegment. I was impressed and definity recommend the place.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, which made everything easily accessible. One of the highlights was their bakery: the breakfast was rich, fresh, and absolutely delicious. I would gladly stay here again!

Conveniently located just 10 mins away from Serravalle Outlet in a beautiful area with crystal clear air. Very well renovated building, the room was cozy, bed was comfortable, air conditioner, water and coffee as a compliment, I can't ask for more. Spacious private parking if you travel with a car. Good restaurants in a 10 min radius.

It’s amazing place for vacation

A great place to stay in the center of Gavi, and a wonderful host who gave us ample and clear instructions how to get there, and how to check-in. We stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking the river - it was amazing! The place was spotless clean and the breakfast was nice and well-presented. A parking down the street was a bonus!

Clean, really friendly and helpful guests, has everything you need and they also bring you a good breakfast in the morning included in the booking price.

We had a wonderful family stay at Fontanassa! The pool area was absolutely lovely – spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing under the sun. The whole place had a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere, which made it easy to unwind and enjoy quality time together. Our rooms were big, spotless, and very comfortable – just what we needed. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a fantastic agriturismo experience – we’ll definitely be back!

We chose this hotel because we had a dinner at the restaurant next to this hotel. Room was clean and comfortable, wi-fi worked well, coffee machine and kettle made our stay cozy. The host was super friendly and helpful!! Winery visit that he arranged for us was excellent. Thank you!

I had a truly wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived, the host was incredibly kind and welcoming, going above and beyond to make me feel at home. Their warm hospitality and helpful attitude made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The space itself was spotless and immaculately clean, with a fresh, newly renovated feel. Everything looked brand new and thoughtfully designed. The attention to detail was impressive, the home was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, from kitchen essentials to cozy linens and even small personal touches that made it feel special. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend, and would absolutely return again!

Everything overall. Special the house itself is very nice. Nice view and ver silent but close to the town.

The house is located on the edge of the village with a spectacular waterfall just behind the property. It has everything you need for a stay in Gavi or as a base to explore the region.

The location and the apartment are both beautiful. Our host, Federico was absolutely fantastic. He was available for any wishes 24/7. Just a perfect stay! 10/10
