We absolutely loved the Family Suite and the jacuzzi. The scent throughout the hotel was exceptional and created a wonderful atmosphere. In addition, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available whenever we needed assistance. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was fantastic- a 7 minute walk from the Porta Genova station and on a lively street. I was greeted by lovely staff with excellent hospitality. Will definitely stay here again when I return!

It's really easy to catch the public transport. Food also really yummy. Staff also very friendly. During my stay, room AC has been broken and staff rectified it very soo. Very good staff.❤️
