We are on a bike route so it’s perfect to find a place that’s easy to find, easy to access and has all the facilities you need. You can check in after 12:30 which is very early. Turn up at the hotel, ring the bell and a member of staff will take you to your room, which is likely in another building. Ours was about 150m away. Room for bikes, use of a communal washing machine (in room with bikes), good sized room, large comfortable bed, good desk, balcony (no view on ours), quiet, good bathroom and fridge/freezer and basic kitchen including coffee machine. Good bathroom. Great air conditioning, Tv on wall but not huge. All in all a great spot. We also ate in the restaurant attached to the accommodation. It was superb. Service very good but the gnocchi was outstanding. There is also a very good small wine bar further along and the town itself is quiet and pleasant.

It was my second stay in this hotel during the winter period. The location of the accommodation is the best choice for me, becauseof friends and relatives living in Bibione, Lignano, Latisana - in the middle. The room was again very clean, bathroom also, clean towels, electric kettle and tea in the room. The room temperature was good, which is very important for me. Breakfast in a pleasant atmosphere with a sufficient amount of fruit, brioche, as well as ham, cheese, yogurt, juice... waiter very willing to make 2 coffees and teas...anything according to requirements. I was in a hurry on the last day, so I asked for breakfast to go, they prepared a great breakfast for me on the way. I appreciate the nice staff, willingness to help with parking. In the evening, we decided to ask for dinner at the last minute during Silvester. The waiter found us a free table despite the full restaurant. And the food? in one word, great! and all of that, regardless of whether you order pizza, pasta, fish, seafood, everything is prepared quickly and deliciously, drinks as well. I also appreciate the entrance to the accommodation from the outside and not through the reception.

It is always good to stay with Cintia and Alexander. End even if we do not sleep there we like to visit them for dinner.

The property is beautiful, our room was spacious, modern and furnished with taste. Lovely terrace. Staff were helpful and friendly.

We have spent 5 nights at this house. The rooms are clean and large, the beds are comfortable and the view from the second floor is marvelous. The breakfasts are nice and hearty. The house is located in a very quiet area, surrounded by trees and fields. It takes 10-15 minutes by car to reach the beaches of Bibione or Lignano. Very pleasant and hospitable hostess. We recommend choosing this apartment if one is looking for peace and quietness near Bibione/Lignano.

"Very kind hosts, clean and exceptionally spacious accommodation. The beach is a 15-minute walk along a straight road, and we always found parking by the shore. Beautiful garden and double bathroom, with a huge dining table

Fantastic beatiful and very comfortable accomodation.Very friendly and nice owners. We do really enjoyed and loved in this place We promissed ourselves to return here soon Wonderful conditions and very good breakfast. We recommend absolutelly! If we could we would rate it for 15 points not only for 10 as it is here. Thank you very much for possibility of being here We regret only that it was to short.

Very lovely hotel, spacious rooms with balcony and offers swimming pool with loungers. Close to the town and big food store across the road.

The owners where very nice to us, especially to my children.
