The room was larger than expected and was truly very comfortable. I was here for work, so being able to cook a few meals and watch Netflix after a long day was great. I was able to get a good deal during the winter months, so for me, it was perfect. The secure parking was also a big plus.

Absolutely gorgeous stayed one night but wish it was more. Gorgeous place. We came late January so it was definitely quite definitely the only people even staying there that night. The lady in the morning (didn’t catch her name blonde hair) she was so sweet and gentle. She even brought our breakfast in the room for us which was delicious and fresh. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony. The bed and pillows are clouds. The jacuzzi bath tub was absolutely lovely. Parking was free. The place is just stunning. I could only imagine it in the summer. We didn’t have a chance to try the restaurant because it’s closed for dinner on sundays but open for lunch. We heard from my boyfriend’s friends that it is top notch. Monte di Procida is a special place to visit for me (my father was born and raised there) so I’m glad we found a lovely spot to stay that feels like home for our visits. Will definitely return to try their restaurant and have another cozy romantic stay again

The location was good and it was still quiet. Everything worked in the place. It was a fairly easy walk to the local train station and restaurants and other small stores in Lucrino. In addition Lago de Averno is also an easy walk and you can take a nice walk around the lake through mainly a park like setting with restaurants, a winery, a place that raises bees, and even old Roman ruin. The breakfast was fine, it is prepackaged food though, Lucrino has a nice coffee shop and the owner speaks English. They had tea and coffee available with a machine. I do not drink coffee and when I mentioned I liked the Cafe de Ginseng, Manu brought me pods for that (I didn't even realize they had pods for Ginseng)! After I asked they also provided juice boxes too. It is run by multiple related families that live in the compound and above the rooms, so there seems to always be someone around, which is good for security. There is a designated parking spot in the compound. I am not sure anyone speaks English, except Manu who was very nice and pleasant when we met on the weekend. She does work during the week so be prepared to use a translator app if you have questions on arrival and do not speak Italian. The check-in instructions were very good though. They did answer questions through Booking.com quickly and they could have explained better what they wanted us to send to check-in when they contacted me on What's App (for non-EU it is your passport page). Ask about the walk in gate at the top of the street in front of the compound, it looks locked but isn't and could save walking depending where you are going (or driving if you are meeting someone). Even with a few minor things mentioned next I would definitely stay again if in the area!

very clean and modern. the location is excellent for exploring downtown pozzuoli, such a treat to be right next to the temple of Serapis, you should definitely go out at night and see it all lit up. The building felt very safe and secure.

What a gem of a find. Do not let the two stars deter you. There is no way this hotel is only 2 stars. It is 4 stars!! Rooms are huge, we had the junior suite due to free upgrade offered through booking.com. Huge spa in our room, stunning bathroom, balcony, room service, fantastic fresh breakfast. Beautiful, helpful hosts. You must stay here. Little bit of a walk to restaurants. Parking included and very safe behind a boom gate.
