A lovely, cozy family-run hotel with incredibly friendly and polite staff. Everything is spotless, the bed and room feel just like home. We stayed only for one night, but absolutely loved it. We had dinner there - simple but really tasty. As for breakfast, despite some reviews saying it’s bad or nothing special, we found it totally fine - enough to start the day. Great location: free parking, and you can easily walk to the lake, mountain streams, a nice café, and an old church. Overall, a wonderful place to stay - highly recommended!

From Check-in to Check-out everything was exceptional.

We were lucky enough to find this great place as our last stop of a long roadtrip. The hotel is very new with spacious, bright and comfortable rooms with a stunning view - the area is a paradise for hikers and mountain lovers. The owner Roberto is very kind and makes sure you have everything you need, and provides a nice breakfast with perfect coffee and cakes. Also our dog was welcomed nicely. We hope to come back soon for a longer stay!

Silvio and Marta went out of their way to be helpful. They even dug out my car and brought me supplies.to do laundry!

The property was very nicely fitted out. Everything we needed for a short stay. Comfortable bed, fridge, kettle and coffee maker. Great to have room downstairs to store ski gear. Perfect location with parking place out front, yards from ski hire shop and gondola and our favourite restaurant.

The location was exceptional, right in the heart of the center, with shops, bars, restaurants, and ski lifts all within walking distance. The apartment itself was warm, clean, and tidy, equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including Wi-Fi and garage access. It's perfect for both families and friends. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be returning in the future!

everything for me is good so with the location

The apartment was very comfortable, spacious and in great location. Kitchen well equipped.

The host Franceska was very attentive and was always very friendly to help telling all the details about our stay beforehand. So you know exactly where to go and how to find everything you need. The property is just a couple of minutes walk from the ski centre. There’s a ski rental on the ground floor, you literally go down take on boots and skis and walk behind the building and start skiing. A shop is very close as all other cafes and restaurants around.

This year we visited Madesimo for a short summerholiday, because we wanted to get some distance from the summer heat. The hotel is perfect in the center of madesimo. We've got an upgrade for the room, so we head a pleasant stay here. The staff made sure that we could take home a very positive impression. Even rye bread for breakfast was specially arranged for my wife, many thanks for that.
