ItalyWonderful hotel in a great location, right in the town center and close to the ski slopes. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and warm. It had a large balcony with a table and chairs, and a small desk with a kettle. Breakfast was rich, with many sweet and savory options.
To avoid getting stuck in the snow, we left the car in Campodolcino, took the funicular up to Motta, and from there to Madesimo the free shuttle bus, which arrives very close to the hotel.

United KingdomExcellent location for skiing, a short 5 minute drive to Madesimo. Breakfast consisted of great coffee, a selection of meats and chesses, croissants, yoghurt, cereal, cake, continental style and help yourself - no hot options available. The whole place was very clean and tidy, very friendly staff and very comfortable beds and pillows. During our stay there was only one restaurant available in the village, it was booked out very quickly and for good reason - it was excellent food. We'd love to come back in the summer to explore the hiking.

We stayed one night, but they didn't charge for parking. For best view choose room number 314, food excellent 👌 , most positive thing was very warm room all the night.

We booked a week in this Hotel for a skiing holiday in January. How it gets its high reviews is beyond me.
I would rate it 1 Star and that’s only because of its location to the ski lifts,
Sure it has a pool ( full of mothers plus babies and older children in the weekends) but no sauna.
The hotel itself is dated, tired and dilapidated, it has a creaking old lift that only
goes to the third floor and as our room was on the fourth floor we had to drag
our bags up to our very small double room.
We booked a week in this Hotel for a skiing holiday in January. How it gets its high reviews is beyond me.
I would rate it 1 Star and that’s only because of its location to the ski lifts,

We arrived on a Saturday and the hotel was busy with week-enders and
ski clubs. Monday morning the hotel was virtually empty, when we returned
in the afternoon the hotel was full of teenagers on a school trip ( +/- 80 ).
The noise level really went up and teenagers being teenagers proceeded to take over the hotel. That night the noise did not quieten down till far after midnight.
In the morning we complained to reception, they were sympathetic but said
there was nothing they could do about it, the management did not want to
know, so we checked out paying for the whole week after staying for three nights only. Had we been warned before that a group of school children were going to be staying at the hotel that week we would not have booked. It only says it is ‘child friendly’.
This hotel is very popular with school clubs and ski clubs.

A lovely, cozy family-run hotel with incredibly friendly and polite staff. Everything is spotless, the bed and room feel just like home. We stayed only for one night, but absolutely loved it.
We had dinner there - simple but really tasty. As for breakfast, despite some reviews saying it’s bad or nothing special, we found it totally fine - enough to start the day.
Great location: free parking, and you can easily walk to the lake, mountain streams, a nice café, and an old church. Overall, a wonderful place to stay - highly recommended!

This a great place wonderful views , pet friendly ,but it was the end of the season and the restaurant closed the night before our arrival , so we had to find someplace to eat which we did not , we ended up eating a sandwich purchased from supermarket, I would have liked to have been informed of this fact , My room was next to the hosts, Family quarters and was quite noisy ,TV dog ect , as for the Hotel its great I can see the attraction during the winter period , would stay bhere then without a doubt .

The hotel is in the most stunning location.There is good underground parking. The on site restaurant was better then expected.
The staff were very attentive especially the man who booked us in and also the restaurant manager made our stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you.

The chalet is located at the top of a hill 10 minutes walk from the town centre. It was very convenient for the Arlecchino chair lift and local amenities. It was clean and spacious. It was lovely and warm with good facilities to cook and eat. Good communication with host.
