Everything was perfect! The apartment was spotless, spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped. The location is ideal for exploring the Dolomites, and the hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available to help with anything we needed. Communication was excellent, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt at home from the moment we arrived. Absolutely amazing apartment right in the center of Maniago. All equipment is modern and you find there everything you need. Really good spot to start the bike trips to surrounding hills.

It was lovely to be greeted by Francesca with the keys. The apartment within easy walking distance to a local supermarket, the centre of Maniago itself and, for us, a very short walk to visit our family. The apartment is clean and bright and comfortable

Really friendly staff!!! Location is very quite. Very good food at reasonable price - for the dinner. Breakfast is mostly sweet, but it is possible to ask the lady for cheese and ham, she was very kind. Rooms are clean. No complaints at all!

Everything was incredible. Stunning location, gorgeous big room with balcony, huge comfortable bed, window shutters so the room was completely dark at night, perfect breakfast with homemade apple juice, honey and pastry. Matteo is wonderful. Utter Perfection.

My husband and I absolutely loved everything about our stay. This was not just a room but a real home with a fully equipped kitchen. The location is simply stunning — the views from the window are breathtaking. Every single detail was carefully thought out. The hosts were wonderful — we would be so happy to call people like them our friends. Their goats, donkeys, cat, and dog are all clearly well cared for and living their best lives. The breakfast was incredibly delicious. We genuinely can’t recommend this place enough!

Stunning location within a National Park. Carlo, the host couldn’t have been more accommodating. The apartment was full of history but spotless and very comfortable. The view from the bedroom was amazing. Lots of beautiful places to walk in the area and the locals were very welcoming.

We had a great experience at this beautiful Bed and Breakfast. The appartment was impeccably clean and nicely furnished , creating a cozy atmosphere. The highlight, however, was the delicious breakfast—especially the perfectly brewed cappuccino. The overall ambiance was top-notch, making our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a relaxing getaway.

We arrived early evening, the hotel bar was open and quite busy, but the barman checked us in very quickly. He also helped us access their wifi, but we found that it only worked inside the bar, not on the bar terrace outside (a nice place to sit, looking out across the square) nor in our room. Our room was on the second floor (no lift) and was a typical standard hotel room - clean, comfortable enough if a bit spartan, and rather hot on a humid June night - no sign of any air-con so we went back down to the bar later but it was already closing (it was 9.30 on a Saturday night) However, breakfast next morning was good - juices, rolls, ham, cheese, egg, bread, pastries and hot drinks. A nice start to our day!

The most charming hotel I have ever been in, with very authentic details, a nice garden, easy parking and very friendly staff. A must visit when you want to stay in this region of Italy!

Great accommodation in the heart of Meduno. The apartment is simple but has everything you need. Spotlessly clean. Very nice building. The location is fantastic with the shop and cafe/bars practically on the doorstep. But above all, the hosts are extremely friendly and accommodating.
