This a delightful place, close to Matera but away from the bustle. The property is on a small farm and has everything you could possibly want. It is comfortably furnished with a large kitchen. Lots of advice was given for places to eat and sights to see. Nothing we asked for was too much bother and promptly provided. We ended up staying 3 days and using it as a base to see the sights in the area. A gem of a place.

The staff was very nice , the room big and comfortable, it was perfectly clean and excellent value !

Beautiful old farm transformed into a hotel. You can feel there like at home. Friendly staff, especially Enzo who can arrange anything for you. Nice pool (around 16 m) where you can really swim. Everything is almost perfect, architecture, even Masseria logo. Really appreciated our stay and rested. Thank you :-)

The property is amazing! We travelled with two small kids 5 and 3 and they had the time of their lives. The breakfast was amazing, the pool area very pleasant and we wouldn’t change a thing

The location is close to Matera city centre, the apartment was clean and well furnished and had everything we needed. Close by there are couple of bars/caffes, one was exceptionally good pastry place at the back of a gas station.

Great place! It has all the necessary amenities! Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood and it is convenient to park a car (there is enough space). Thank you for the attention we received from the owners! :)

Very helpful staff member showed us the property and recommended us places to go and where to eat. We got by with google translate - she was very patient with my lack of Italian. Had a great kitchen, coffee machine, snacks included. Table and chairs to eat at and a couch. There was a windy terrace area too which was handy for hanging things out to dry.

The host was so helpful and inviting and her farm is a great place to stay & experience some Italian rural life.

This is so much more than just accommodation. Staying overnight in a beautifully restored cave is an experience that challenges your concept of hospitality. Raw enough to immerse you in the history of the Sassi and luxurious enough to make sure all your requirements are met. Breakfast was a wonderful spread of local product presented in the most charming of ways. I have been told it’s a luxury of emotions, and that it is.

Really lovely property - chic and modern and well appointed room. Clever use of space to get more out of it. Location is great- so convenient to reach and to park. This was important to us as we were coming g with a car. Host was very helpful in helping us to secure easy parking g - we were actually able to leave our car I. A spot in front of the hotel rather than having to go to a garage - it was a paid spot but we were lucky it was available when we were ready to park.
