The room we were originally in did not have functioning AC. The onsite staff member (Victoria) was quick to move us into a new room to ensure we were comfortable for the remainder of our stay. She was very pleasant and helpful. After our stay, we required a detailed invoice and the owner of the villa was kind a d quick to answer our request. The facility itself was beautiful, comfortable and clean. There was lots to do within the grounds and a decent breakfast every morning. Highly recommend!

Great location for Etna visit. Attentive host. Large room, firm mattress, very clean. Small shower stall, but hot & powerful water. The vanity was very low and I'm only 5'2". Quiet at night. Good WiFi. Parking inside the gate. Screens on the windows to keep out mosquitoes. One, easy flight of stairs, from nearby your car, to the room.

I recently stayed at this B&B and had an amazing experience. The location is absolutely perfect — very quiet, offering beautiful views right from the property. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated, with a modern and very comfortable bathroom. Having private parking was a huge plus, making everything so convenient. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure everything was just right for my stay. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back!
