Modica Boutique Hotel was a perfect location to use as a central base to explore the area (Noto, Ragusa, Scicli, Palazzolo and also the coast such as Sampieri). Adriano at Reception was extremely pleasant and helpful to answer our questions and make recommendations. Try the Ciauru Anticu Trattoria nearby. Our room (#30) was functional, modern, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and seemed very new. The breakfast buffet was the very best we had among our 8 accommodations touring around Sicily. Just incredible. Imagine helping yourself to Gelato for breakfast! Beautiful outdoor pool/patio and free parking. We loved everything about this place and would highly recommend.

A really nice hotel in a quiet street in Modica. Comfortable bed, good food in the restaurant and an outside pool area. Secured parking.

The warm welcome from staff. Access to fridge and dining area as we had taken our evening meal with us. Good breakfast. Location Dramatic thunderstorm and lightning!

Huge balcony and the view was beatyfull!

It's really well located. The staff ...Damiano, Ludovica and all the team are really nice and helpful. It's brand new. The rooms are comfortable, practical and stylish. Our room with a terrace was perfect to enjoy the evenings. Great swimming pool. The breakfast, good selection. There is even free fresh water in every corridor! We had a great stay!

Incredible elegant retreat, where one is torn between just relaxing in a beautiful and comfortable setting, going for country walks and visiting the nearby gems (Modica, Ragusa, Noto, Syracusa). The place itself is stunning and you’re also spoilt for choice between the beautiful rooms, courtyard and pool. Restaurant is delicious (local ingredients and recipes) and service is attentive. Do not miss their olive oil and bread!

Quiet, well designed, beautiful open space in the stunning environment.

The location is very peaceful, surrounded by stonewalls. The rooms were a good size and well finished, with comfortable beds. Our room had a lovely courtyard and we had the use of a kitchen. The breakfasts were amazing with freshly cooked Sicilian cakes and fresh fruit. We also had dinner there three times. The host, Ivana, was so accommodating, making us exactly what we asked for, including food for our daughter. She was also happy to give us advice about where to visit and where to eat. A fabulous place to stay that I would recommend to anyone, especially cat-lovers!

Very nice host, lovely cottage style apartment

Oasi di Campagnia is truly a gem, a beautiful farmhouse, well kept with marvelous gardens and lovely hosts. Located in Modica's beautiful countryside surrounded by other beautiful houses. Aldo is the type of person that makes you feel at home. He goes out of his way and is extremely friendly and helpful. He prepared fresh breakfast every day, every time with different items, served with a lot of love and creativity. He was always available for our requests and constantly provided us with tips and places to visit. The farmhouse is easy to find when travelling by car. Highly recommended.

Il Flauto Magico is very peaceful, the location is quiet with a beatiful view on the fields and olive trees. A well-kept garden surrounds the house and studio. The owner is very friendly, discreet and is very welcoming. The studio is of excellent quality, well-equipped and organised with taste with a comfortable bed and very nice garden place for breakfast. I would certainly come again!

Hotel is lovely with a lovely pool.

Beautiful villa with great views. Well looked after, clean and tidy. Very helpful, and responsive even when we had a power cut, that was nothing to do with the villa. Georgio still came out to check in and make sure everything was ok. Offered lots of help with local recommendations for places to eat. The area you really needed a car as nothing was walkable due to the roads being unsafe.

A very nice relaxing place yet close to all amenities. Mr. Dario is very nice, helpful and brought us fresh croissants and cannoli in the morning. Will definitely come again.

The atmosphere is really good! You can be in the middle of the countryside and still enjoy the pool!

We were met upon arrival by the owner Diego. He provided us with with a lovely meal and wine upon our arrival. He showed us around the premises and garden/pool area. The whole place is charming and possesses a lovely sense of history. Parts of the place are in need of restoration but by and large you call the place 'rustic'. The pool and garden area are like the 'enchanted garden'. We were very lucky to be there without other guests so felt like 'royalty. The temperatures were 35 upwards when we were there which rendered the loft area of our apartment too warm to use. We experienced this at other places we stayed. Breakfast was the barn. Was all set up on arrival with a wide range of fruit/pancakes/cheeses drinks. We did wish to extend our stay but decided not to as part of the premises is set up to receive larger groups and meant that the swimming pool and gardens were unavailable to us whilst the group was there's it came as part of the group dwelling The place is 5 km out of Modica and is a great location to explore Valle de Noto towns such as Ragusa/Modica/ Noto./ Siccli/ and the coast.

The place is astonishing, a 18-century property refurbished partly as an accomodation, partly as a place for people with special needs, who also work at the premises. Beautiful sorroundings, breakfast in a very nice courtyard. All the peace you can find. Is in the countryside, still very near Modica and also Scicli. The apartment given to us was OK, it has a private open space with a big table and chairs. IMHO an excelent place to have relax and nice tours nearby.
