The view from the terrace is stunning. Spacious house, super cosy beds and quality bedding. Delicious breakfast.

It was wonderful. The apartments are spacious and beautiful and have everything you need. Everything is clean and cozy. There is a lovely garden nearby that you can walk in and has lots of seating areas. There is parking. You need a car to get there and explore the beautiful area around.

The staff was very friendly and spoke in English with us. The rooms were spacious and very clean.

This really is a castle with a long history. Were If fortunate enough to get the honeymoon sweet. It is huge impressive and an experience that will last a lifetime time

The Place Is beautiful. Bed is very comfortable, we had a great night of sleep, very relaxing. Shower is good. Breakfast with delicious local products. Our dog was very welcome to stay with us.

The best accommodation we have ever stayed in when travelling. We love remote locations but also comfort. This is a very modern property in a superb remote location.We are impressed on how well this property presents itself. Nothing to complain about. Congratulations to the owners for their achievement.We will definitely come back.

I was super happy with my stay at this hotel! The staff were so lovely and helpful - true Italian friendliness/hospitality at its best. T They really took care of everything I needed, like helping me find a taxi for the wedding and even getting me a steamer for my dress. Huge thanks to Pietro and the whole team! The rooms were modern, super clean, and the AC worked like a charm. It’s not a place people usually visit often, but honestly, I’d happily come back if I get the chance (another wedding maybe?).

The apartment was very clean, easy to find, and it was excellent value for the money. Terrace is also very nice.

The apartment is wonderful: clean, well-maintained, with some cool unique design elements and plenty of beautiful details. Of course, it has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay! I also want to mention that we were provided with extra information and recommendations for local cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets, which we definitely made use of. I highly recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again!

This is a beautiful property in the centre of Merate just 30 mins drive from Milano. It was also just a 15 minute walk to Vila Subaglio which is where I needed to go for a wedding. The place was very comfortable, had everything I needed and impeccably clean. Giorgio and Titziana were lovely hosts, responding very quickly and giving some great recommendations! I would love to stay here again :)

The host was very professional, kind and helpful. He answered our questions promptly. Check-in was seamless. The apartment was very clean. The bathroom was excellent with a great shower. The kitchen had everything that one would require, including a coffee machine with excellent coffee. There was also a nice patio with a couple of chairs to sit outside and look at the stars. The apartment is a 5/10 minutes walk from the town centre of Merate. I highly recommend it and I would definitely go back and stay there. Grazie per le rose!

Good location, nice and quiet rooms, good air conditioning, garage on site.

Lovely place and a very warm welcome to this magnificent villa. It’s even more beautiful than in the pictures and so calm and quiet. We were told about the history of the villa when we arrived and it was very interesting. Our room was spacious and beautifully renovated and the bed and the pillows were very good. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of different varieties. One of the best part was the big garden with old trees and cute little rabbits. There were nice restaurants and gelateria close to the villa and also good train connections to Milan and Lecco.

Very friendly staff, free parking, free breakfast, resturant on site, super market located just at opposite. Although a distance, driving to Milan center has no traffic, even fast and more convinent than staying in some city hotels.

Very comfortable place, quiet and easily accessible, located between Milan, Bergamo and Lake Como. The place is equipped with everything you need to feel at home. There is a large supermarket nearby, several very nice places to eat and a glass of wine... If we are visiting the lovely Lombardy, we will be happy to stay there again! The host was very responsive and helped us with whatever we needed! Grazie Luca!

Everything OK. Clean, modern room, close to the train station.

This is a very traditional place, with all the import things done perfectly without unnecessary frills. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, with AC essential when it was 35oC outside and still hot a night. Staff were friendly and efficient and even started breakfast at 6am for guests making an early start to the Grand Prix
