Private home on outskirts of town with olive orchard surrounding. We were very pleased with lovely countryside setting. Just a short drive to supermarket.

We stayed in a cute small detached house behind the main villa. The whole estate is a beautiful garden and I can only imagine the unbeliveable splendour of flowers in spring. There is an impressive view towards the sea and several very cute sitting areas to chill out and enjoy the garden. At arrival, we had some troubles with navigation, but Renato responded immediately to my call and came to fetch us in a few minutes. He kindly brought all our luggage and then took us to a tour around the property, explained how olive oil is made daily, and we even got a small bottle of really great olive oil, produced that day, as a gift. The next day a very kind houskeeper showed us the inside of the main villa and we got more gifts, olives, pepperoncino, figs... They were both really kind and available. The appartment is spacious, extremely clean, well furnished, kitchen with all necessary basics (oil, vinegar, salt, pasta...). A very spacious bathroom, really big bedroom, comfortable beds. Private parking in front of the garden, help with luggage, total silence at night. We loved everything and would really like to return here. Warmly recommended !

Nos gustó el sitio y lo bien cuidado que estaba todo. Fantástica ubicación, emplazamiento ideal y trato, muy detallistas y amabilísimos. Al lado de Gerace que merece la pena visitar. Para repetir sin duda.

Loved the stay at the little house. Could park the car there as well in the shadow. All perfectly clean, comfortable bed, quiet environment. The owner Renato is a very friendly host. We didn't find the house based on the direction from Booking com, therefore stopped on the parking lot of the food store Carrefour, called Renato, waited 5 minutes, then he showed up with a broad grin and guided us to the house.

The location is great, up away from the pretty ugly coastal towns but, even better, because of the proximity to Gerace, which is a complete treasure of a hilltop town. The resident owners are charming despite zero English. The views are amazing.

Absolutely lovely. Our host went out of her way to make us comfortable, even collecting us from the train station. So many snacks were provided, milk, coffee, biscuits, croissants- so generous. Apartment was fully equipped. Comfortable bed. Everything was lovely. Thank you for a great stay.
