I booked this facility for a friend. He arrived late in the evening and that was no problem. The host had done shopping for our friend so he could eat and drink. That was really super! He was very enthousiastic about his stay.

A lovely place to staff, off the beaten track. The owners were absolutely lovely. The pool was small but a welcome relief to the heat, so perfect for me. I had the last single room, which was small but perfectly adequate, very clean and a great shower! Fara in Sabina is about a 20 minute beautiful drive away with many beautiful restaurants.

Friendly and accommodating owner. 100% is a very good place for a family who travels by car. Had dinner at a local restaurant on the advice of the owner, we were very satisfied!

Great location, entrance to the highways less than 1 mile. Room was big enough, very clean. Staff were very helpfull! I will recomend this hotel to my friends!
