Nothing was missing, quiet location and beautiful surroundings. Felt very much at home.

The terrace facing the vineyards is fantastic. Just grab a coffe and enjoy the view. There are vineyards everywhere around the property, then it is quite easy if you want to make a picnic or a stroll among the grapes enjoying the sunset.

The place is amazing. In the mountains, surrounded by forests. Nice lookouts. We stayed there on our way to the sea, it is little bit of the road, but worth it.

Location in the vineyards. And we had their wine to drink - several different grapes and styles. Excellent wine and value.

Very clean. Haven’t seen anywhere else in Italy such a cleanest place. Mattresses and pillows very comfortable, had a proper good night sleep, thank you so much for caring about your customers. Not many places do. Kindest,

Wonderfully tranquil with a lovely pool. Delicious food and wine

Really nice location, good wine good breakfast.

The entire experience was completely fulfilling. We stayed in the second house which is completely in the forest. There's the beautiful sound of birds. The house is made out of wood and smells amazing, like a sauna. There are planty of small spaces you can be by yourself. Giovanni prepared a very tasty breakfast for us and we agreed to have a small dinner on the last night which was perfaction - he served us a dinner at our patio. There's another house close by but you have a complete privacy. We did yoga and other exercises with the panoramic view - it's an liberating filling. We rode the e-bikes around the accommodation for around 60 km which Giovanni rents. He suggested the tour and we had a very nice experience. He's a great host and we felt at home! Definitely a place to come back to more times ❤️

Everything, especially the lovely and welcoming family who run it, the relaxing pool area, delicious breakfast and best cappuccinos we had in ages. We also enjoyed a visit to the local bar a few minutes away.

One of the best views I have seen. The food at the restaurant is next level. An overall incredible experience.

The lovely staff, the food at the restaurant, the wines. Evie the dog. The room and bathroom was super comfy.

We loved how quiet the property was. There were only two other couples staying at the residence while we were there. The pool and views were magnificent.

Cute villa style apartments on a vineyard, with lovely sunrise views from the balcony and grounds in the morning. Peaceful and charming. Especially loved the home made organic and gluten free breakfast we had for the two nights we stayed here. The location is also central to a few towns including Cividale del Fruili, Šmatno, and Gorizia; all really nice places to visit with heaps to see and discover. The hosts were gorgeous and very accomodating.

An exceptional location . Nature rich and hosts generous in every way
