Self Catering Accommodation in Prepotto

Wonderfully tranquil with a lovely pool. Delicious food and wine

The house is situated in a semi rural location no more than 10 minutes by car from the centre of Cividale. The house looks out onto fields, woodland and terraced vineyards. The area is great for road cycling, walking and exploring the beautiful towns in Friuli.

All facilities provided, very pleasant and helpful host. Lovely artwork.

The villa is big and comfortable. There are two big rooms in the first floor (which both have a double and a single bed), each with a bath and toilet. The third room is next to the kitchen in the ground floor - it has just a small bed and the person needs to use one of the bathrooms on the first floor. For our daughter it was perfect, she just complained when we put the dishwasher over the night as she could hear it. There is everything in the kitchen, which is modern. The house is a mixture of old and modern style - so it has been refurbished smartly. It has a lot of storage space and it convenient for longer stays. there is a cosy room in the second floor with a sofa and tv and even books, so those that like reading. There are three dining rooms, even in the basement for a big company. Plenty of space and light. The location is fantastic - just 15 min on foot - a nice walk to the centre.

If you love wine, this is the ultimate location! Waking up to the amazing view every morning was pure magic. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped—and to make it even better, the host left some really sweet, thoughtful treats for us. A truly wonderful experience from start to finish!

Centrally located, yet quiet. Storage space for bikes

We loved everything about this peaceful place. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. Sandra was an incredibly friendly and helpful host, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from Cividale del Friuli, an absolutely charming little town that is well worth a visit. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Very comfortable and modern apartment with a rustic style that gives it an authentic vibe. Well equipped, very well cleaned and with the comfort of a private entrance. The big garden is shared with the owners, but enclosed and perfect for kids to run around. Hosts are lovely people, always very helpful and caring. We enjoy it a lot and for sure will be back in the feature.

We enjoyed the lovely view, the fireplace, the spacious bathroom, the kitchen, and the overall cozy feel of the apartment.

Away from the city centre. Car parking available, great views. AC in the flat (it was so hot!)

Great to be on a winery which also gives a lot of activities and access to excellent wines. The main house has a great swimming pool close by. Good working airco and bathroom.

The accommodation was absolutely excellent—everything was clean, and the apartment was superbly equipped with everything needed. The owner was very helpful. I highly recommend this accommodation.
