Everything is very new and well maintained. Friendly and professional staff. Easy parking and air conditioning in the room. Also very good restaurant 3 minutes walking.

Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Special thanks to the chef.

Everything I needed for an overnight stay on my way to Austria: clean functional room with excellent air conditioning; good food and wine at very reasonable prices; charming helpful staff; and even a petrol station for the car.

We were a big group of 14 people (4 families), we spent there only one night on the way to Tuscany in June 28-29 . We were satisfied, we appeciated a nice and big terrace close to the house. Kitchen was fully equipped, air-condition the the hall in the 2nd floor. There are also beds for small children. A contact with the host was without problem, we got all information needed for a smooth check-in and check-out. The house could be also a very good place for bigger group (with even small children) to explore the closest region.

The apartment was five stars, the hosts could not be better and if this was not enough the garden around the house is a beauty.

Clean apartment. Comfortable beds, shower facilities up to toothbrushes. Quiet beautiful place. We arrived at around 12 am, after giving a prior notice, and were accommodated without any problems. Thank you very much! There is also a bar on site where you can have a coffee, a sandwich or a croissant. A great place to stay overnight.

I was the first guest at this wonderful mini-hotel that has just been opened. The owners of the hotel are a wonderful friendly couple. I received amazing service and enjoyed every minute of my stay at this hotel. The design of the room and the entire hotel is amazing. The hostess of the hotel designed the interior herself and did it with passion. You will feel it as soon as you step into your room. The delicious breakfast is beautifully served. There is a private parking at the hotel, free of charge. It is highly recommended.

Everything! Its great place to stay during your trip to Italy. Lovely people working there even they dont speak English, its so easy to communicate with them!

great approach to the customer, interior design and attention to detail are what distinguishes this place. During my very short stay, I noticed that the outdoor patio is one big garden, which makes me want to come again to drink coffee in this place. the room is perfectly prepared and the breakfast satisfies even the most demanding tastes and the form of serving. this is not an ordinary hotel

The staff was so nice. My room was comfortable. Good position too. I definitely recommend it.
