The three days we stayed at Palazzo Massaini-Le Scuderie brought us a pleasant and perfect experience in Tuscany. The hotel is located on a hill with a view of Pienza and the Tuscan countryside. The hotel itself is a landscape, and passing cars will stop to take pictures. The three windows of the room look out to the beautiful scenery of Tuscany and the hotel garden! The room facilities are perfect, the breakfast is rich, and free capsule coffee is provided in the room living room. Perfect experience, we will come back again!

This place was magical! I loved every corner of the property, the view where you could see small towns like Pienza. Absolutely wish to come back. Quiet and calm place to stay and think only about Italien food, wine and reading a book. Riccardo was helpful and nice guy. Everything was clean and for an invite we got basket full of local food. Such a beautiful and wonderful place to relax and enjoy Tuscany to the fullest. The place excelled in all criteria - clean, warm, plenty of hot water, comfy beds, location, and most of all, the wonderful & sweetest Alessandro. He really welcomed us and made us feel like friend & family, which just made the visit so so so special. So much space for the kids to enjoy with breathtaking views. Close to all must visit sites and 7 minutes to Coop. And also top olive oil to enjoy produced by Alessandro himself. Such a charming place♡

Simply wow - the are itself is huge, with 3 different buildings. The main one looks like a castle and is stunning - if You go down a bit the main road, You will find an ‘insta-worthy’ spot to take a pic of it! So my advice - book this place and see it up close! The host was very friendly, gave us a glass of locally produced vine! As they produce if themselves, You can buy it at the store and have it shipped to Your home! I should mention that we lived in a building further to the main castle, but we liked it a lot! As it didn’t have the pool before, the owners even built one, for the guests’ convevience! The place itself was very well maintained, yet rustic. I lived the breakfast - it was so cosy and nice, the selection if local food was great. All in all this place provides an amazing overall experience. Go there and You will not want to leave!

Our family had a fantastic stay in 2 rooms at Podere Cacchini. We were met by Lucia as we arrived and she was present to check in on us each morning to serve breakfast (if desired) and make sure all was well. We tried our best with Italian and filled in with her capable translation app for fluid communication. The accomodations were lovely, clean and nicely decorated. We appreciated the common spaces - the kitchen had all we needed, the inner living room was comfortable and the outside patio was delightful for breakfast and afternoon breezes and watching the sunset. The property is gorgeous, just outside of Pienza and easy access to many other towns and sights. The views are beautiful in 360 degrees. We enjoyed both the full (dolce with added bread, meat, cheese and jam) and dolce (yogurt, coffee/tea and cakes) breakfasts that Lucia offers for an additional fee at your request. She effortlessly provided a tasty spread at your requested time and even added a delicious large tomato from the garden one morning. Towards the end of our time we brought in our own meats/cheeses/bread and snacks for lunch and evening chartcuterie - I wish we had thought to do more of this sooner to relax and enjoy our time in Tuscany and the lovely space at Podere Cacchini. We highly recommend a stay here for a true Tuscan vacation!
