Fabulous four nights. Family so welcoming and friendly. Well equipped apartment included two huge cakes waiting for us. Nonna brought us tomatoes and eggs too. Was so lovely meeting everyone. Three very friendly dogs who greeted us every day. Beautiful pool with a view across the countryside. Excellent location for visiting Todi, Orvieto and Mamore falls. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

this was an excellent property in the rural area of Umbria, lovely renovated old building on the top of a hill. absolute perfect for a whole family (we travelled with 10 people, 3 generations). Antoinella, the care taker does not speak English but via Google translate we were able to communicate easily. She lives on the same property but in a seperate house so is always available if needed. She was very helpful and even showed us how the Pizza oven worked and lent us some trays. we had all necessary items in the kitchen (we actually had 3 kitchens, but we only used one) Coming to the property is a bit tricky, Jonas the owner will send you a google maps link which actually stops a few meters AFTER the driveway you have to turn in. I would advise to have a look at google maps satellite view before travelling to this property and go down the road a few meters, you will see on the right side a drive way marked with 2 red/white poles, that is the right property. no other signs to be expected but also not necessary the next supermarket is about 12 min car drive in Todi, we recommend the Coop which is well supplied or Euro spin. there is one a little bit closer, an alimentary in Collevalenza but still about 10 min drive. The weather was fairly cold in April, therefore the swimming pool was not used as already advised by the owner to us when we booked the property. The central heating worked well, the showers also had nearly always hot water, you just need sometimes to let the water run for about 5 min before the hot water comes to the shower. the area is absolutely stunning, I would advise a trip to Todi, to Terni, to the marble waterfalls, and to Perugia (that is what we did in 9 days) and if you want you even can go to Rome: we went to Terni, parked the car at the railway station and then used the train to Rome just for a day trip.

The installations are very clean. The floors in the bedroom are wooden and downstairs, the fireplace is cosy, the table and equipment are of excellent quality. The owner has restored the building leaving the original charm in very tasteful details, such as the century-old wooden beams on the ceiling and the walls displaying the original bricks. The staff are very friendly and give you the feeling of being a special visitor - TOP! Le strutture sono molto pulite. I pavimenti della camera da letto sono in legno e al piano inferiore, il camino è accogliente, il tavolo e le attrezzature sono di ottima qualità. Il proprietario ha restaurato l'edificio lasciando il fascino originale in dettagli di grande gusto, come le travi di legno secolari sul soffitto e le pareti con i mattoni originali. Il personale è molto cordiale e vi dà la sensazione di essere un ospite speciale - TOP! Die Einrichtungen sind sehr sauber. Die Böden im Schlafzimmer sind aus Holz und im Erdgeschoss, der Kamin ist gemütlich, der Tisch und die Ausstattung sind von ausgezeichneter Qualität. Der Eigentümer hat das Gebäude restauriert und dabei den ursprünglichen Charme in sehr geschmackvollen Details erhalten, wie z. B. die jahrhundertealten Holzbalken an der Decke und die Wände mit den ursprünglichen Ziegeln. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und gibt einem das Gefühl, ein besonderer Gast zu sein - TOP!

Beautiful place. Ancient building with any modern comfort. The room was very nice, warm and welcoming. Very clean and and comfortable. Staff was very kind and available over the average. Restaurant in the hotel also suggested as very tasty. Also very comfortable to parking possibility.
