Nice and refurbished property for relaxing stay after active and hot days. One of rarely seen features, that every room has own conditioning unit! Good location to explore Golfo Orosei, Baunei. Triei itself is nice town. There's free parking available.

The host was extremely helpful in giving us recommendations. She is an exceptional cook. Our breakfasts were incredibly delicious and homemade. The view from our balcony was wonderful. What a gem of a place to stay and we thank her for this great experience.

Such a beautiful place to stay! Not only the area but also the property! Everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I loved that they included a hanging rack on the balcony to dry out towels after a day in the water. The balcony view was amazing to wake up to every day. The breakfast is also very good, it is fresh and with several options. I look forward to going back.

It was really comfortable and clean room! Quiet so you can sleep good and take a good rest. It is small place so everything is close and you will feel like time stopped there. Local people so warm and welcoming everywhere, we liked that a lot. Host was nice and available for any questions. The staff communicated very effectively as we came in after hours, having spent all day at the Cala Goloritze. It was a very happy discovery to find that Baunei was, in fact, one of the Blue Zone villages in Sardinia where Dan Buettner's series was filmed. The customer service was amazing, and the view from our Balcony and from Breakfast was incredible.

The facilities are quite new and modern with air conditioning and kept very clean. The owner and staff are very nice and helpful. The Breakfast is gorgeous. The restaurant at the basement is also very good and not too expensive. There are also some public parking lots in front of the Hotel. The village is very quiet and surrounded by the mountains.

What a lovely room! I had a great view of Baunei from my balcony, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious. The hostess was lovely, and parking is right across the street. It was a nice walk to the heart of town, but that evening I ate at the namesake restaurant below and enjoyed that as well!

Amazing breakfast . Net against insect in the window (rarely to see elsewhere!). Very nice host, who can advise about Sardinia. Nice village - spot for both beaches (15mins by car) and nature as well, pizzeria 5mins walk. Parking possible close. Great value for the price.

Modern ensuite room with a balcony. Free street parking. Located in a lovely little village. There does not appear to be a shop in the village, but there are a couple of bars. The restaurant wasn't open at all. It was a Tuesday in March when I stayed, so maybe it was due to this. The owner is local, they arrived almost immediately after I rang to say I had arrived.

Very nice room in Triei. Host was welcoming. I didn't have wifi at my previous hotel so I was unable to contact host and let her know my arrival time. Luckily gentlemen next door phoned her and she arrived within minutes. Fridge in room. Warm with aircon. Very clean. Wifi was good. Parking on road outside. Host has restaurant downstairs but it wasn't open the night I stayed. I drove to Risto GiGi about 8 KMs away.

- Super clean room and kitchen (rooms are cleaned after 3 nights which is great!) - Washing machine with soap and a hanging rack for clothes : a plus! - Good breakfast : bread, croissant, small handmade muffin, fresh ricotta cheese, jams, nutella spread and coffee (and sometimes eggs) - Free and unlimited plastic water bottles, because water is not safe to drink - Easy parking on the street - Michele, the host, is very nice and helpful and gives great recommandations for restaurants and activities
