The host was very accomodating, he waited for us to arrive and gave the key at around 21:30. The house was very clean and everything was well organised. If I am in this area, I would definitely book this place again. Has free parking as well.

We received very clear instructions about parking prior to check-in, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable — ideal for a 3-night stay with 4 people. The view from the balcony was lovely, and having a grocery store right downstairs was a real bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. Overall, a fantastic base for exploring Alta Badia!

If travelling by car this property is great, driving accessible to the Dolomites. Beds comfortable and very nice kitchen. Car park on site was great. Very clean and tidy, we were upstairs which were very easy to manage with the suitcases.

Ester is the owner of the house, she live in the upstairs house. She is a kindest women who i ever met in my life. Her smile and her welcoming on the first day made us feel like we are at home since we arrived. First of all we should have to take over the apartman at 4pm, but we arrived early at 3pm and she was happy to give us the keys straight away. She baked us a lovley cake as a present, also we had an unexpected guest and she helped us straight away to accomodate her. Also she gave us her own kitchen equipments, mixer etc. when it was a rainy day and we wanted to bake. The house is amazing as it is and the garden is beautiful and equipped with lot of armchair to have a rest after a hard mountain climbing. And i didnt even mention the amazing view from all the windows and garden. Everything is perfect as it is. I am spending 10 days in the Dolomites every year but it was the best accomodation i ever been before, and i will be returning next year for sure.

Everything is well disposed and distributed. The rooms have enough space, beds are really comfortable, linen and towels very good in quality all te he appliances and the apartment in general are new. The bio sauna was also enjoyable! Really close to the center where you have a supermarket and lots of restaurants. Hosts are incredible too!

Loved our stay here. Great location with all the main attractions od Dolomites nearby. Superb wellness facilities, clean, elegant, not overcrowded. The restaurant cooks delicious food, really enjoyed aglio olio, pizzas were also really good. Rooms are well equiped and spacious.

Very comfortable apartments, equipped with everything necessary even for a longer stay. Our group of friends rented 2 apartments on the ground floor. Everything was super clean, the terrace is a nice addition and parking space is plenty. The host, Cristina was extremely nice and helpful, and communication went easy. Arabba is a wonderful small town, an ideal base for visiting different parts of the Dolomites.

Great place! Central location for our hiking-purposes, quiet and not too busy (we were a bit off-season though). Clear communication with the host via messages, simple check-in (via a code) and check-out. Place itself was really nice - spacious, very nice bathroom (with a shower that doesn't flood! First time in awhile...), well-equipped kitchen including stuff like salt/sugar/oil etc. Market nearby to buy food, including small bakery section.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The hosts were very kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast was simply wonderful, with fresh and delicious food every morning. We also appreciated the safe bicycle storage in the garage. A lovely place with warm hospitality — we would happily stay here again! :)
