Very welcoming staff members at reception, close to motorway, good comfort and good breakfast buffet. Will definitely stay again on my way to Italy

4* hotel with 5* service. Beautiful atmosphere, an excellent restaurant with great breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and exceptionally friendly and attentive staff. The room was cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if being directly next to the lake is not a priority for you.

Fantastic boutique hotel right in the heart of Como. The location was perfect for exploring the old town, restaurants, bars, and lakefront, all within walking distance. The room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable, with a stylish design that still felt warm and relaxing. Staff were excellent throughout the stay, friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful with recommendations and check-in. The whole hotel had a calm, premium feel without being pretentious. Breakfast was also very good with plenty of choice. Overall, it felt like a much more personal and memorable experience than a standard hotel.

Excellent property. Very tatsefully restored to a top standard. Room was excellent with high ceilings and very spacious and even with its own balcony. Loved it. Right next to the lake

Nice place to stay Apartament equipped with everything what we need , Patio and nice Garden …. friendly neighbourhood not far from Lake Como with was our first Point … few restaurants walking distance from apartment . Owners ar kind and friendly no problem with check in and out .. Plenty places to safely park a car …

Quality of breakfast, free private parking

The host was exceptionally kind and genuinely welcoming. Having a private parking space was a great bonus, and the overall value for money was outstanding.

Location was amazing so close to train station and big supermarkets. Convenient with the car , the high way it's just 7 min drive. Ambience is so cousy and comfortable, true Italian village vibe.

Pleasent place. The hospitality and kindness of the personal was above the expectations.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and had many amenities which made our trip much more comfortable and enjoyable. We were provided with complimentary toiletries/towels which were a lovely surprise. The host was also really polite and helpful before and during the trip, especially when we experienced any difficulties in locating/travelling etc.

Secure parking. The bedroom and bathroom are both large and very clean. Lots of towels. The rooms is bright and the area very quiet. Breakfast is basic but sufficient for a snack, even comes with freshly baked croissants. There is a great Pizza place in 10 minute walking distance. Great to explore location to explore Lake Como.

The apartment is really nice, clean with everything you need, very comfortable. The A/C in every room is really nice. Kitchen is top. There is a near by supermarket. It has parking. The host was very friendly and answered all questions via the booking chat app.
