Absolutely stunning lobby, lots of places to chill, service is impeccable. Nicest place in a funky and beautiful town. Room was huge, went Japanese style. So well appointed with outdoor onson in room, assorted robes, so clean and comfortable.

One of the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Japan. The room was spotless, the onsens were amazing and very spacious, the buffet style dinner and breakfast- a must! Absolutely phenomenal. Staff were polite and welcoming.

Large Western room with all expected amenities. Friendly and helpful check in staff. Breakfast and dinner buffets were very good with a large selection. Location was near the boat dock and forest trails.

I liked the entire house, the location, the self check-in. It was so clean and cozy and everything worked well. We would have liked to stay more and will definitely come back again on our next trip to Hokkaido.

Breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent; worth the upcharge. Hotel was clean and comfortable, staff were very nice. They handled our limited Japanese with no problem.
