Very nice facility. The staff was wonderful. We enjoyed the Japanese style room and sento bath. We had a car, and there was adequate parking on site for 1000 yen per night. The hotel is an easy 15-minute walk from the Tsuboya ceramics district.

Hotel is well located. Close to monorail and Kokusai dori. Parking available on-site. Good size room with everything we need during our stay. Comfy beds, good wi-fi and air conditioning. Washing machines and dryers available with a small cost. Breakfast was very good with many options. Staff working during breakfast were very helpful and friendly. A big shout-out to Reception staff who went above and beyond. I cannot express how grateful we were. We had an issue with our rented car and staff did everything they could do to help us (went down to check the car and rang the rental company for assistance). Customer service flawless from check-in to check-out.
