We had an incredible stay! The accommodations were superb, extremely clean, and spotless. The location is unbeatable—the beach is so close and practically empty, which felt like having our own private beach. It’s a wonderful place for families with kids; experiencing life in a caravan and having a night BBQ was a highlight. Most importantly, the Daisuke San, Sae San and their family host was super friendly, helpful, and amazing with our child. Highly recommended!"

Came here to search for location for a filming project and although I missed the initial booking date due to a transfer delay, the owner responded within minutes and generously offered a free stay on a different day. From the moment you enter the room the ocean view is so striking and you can't take your eyes away from it throughout the day. I could see the horizon from the bed and the breakfast table. Woke up to the ocean, the beach was completely empty in the morning and I could enjoy inspiring walks by just crossing the street in front of the building. No crowds, no noise. Spotless room, elegant custom-made furniture with appliances that exceeded expectations, there was even a Panasonic home bakery machine! Nothing felt generic, it was like staying in a high end hotel with more space than expected and genuinely quiet. The starry sky at night, the mountainous landscape behind the building with hike trails that I would like to experience on another stay. The lovely local people, flower farmers there is a fresh vegetable cottage in 2 minutes walking distance that trusts you to put the coins in the money box and take the veggies you want, something that you cannot experience in Europe.

We enjoyed our stay and found the staff very friendly. It was comfortable, the onsen is great, the restaurant is very good and the location excellent. We have tattoos so booked a private onsen for both nights. The onsen is wonderful. Everything is provided for an enjoyable experience. The restaurant had both Japanese and Western style food and the buffet is well provided. Our room was clean and we opted for a private bathroom as they have shared bathroom options too. The location is great for Seaworld and a 20 min walk to the train station. We used the (free) Seaworld bus a few times to and from the train station and main shopping area. Fully recommend this accommodation in Kamogawa.

The room size. It was huge, the biggest room we've ever had in Japan. It was more like an apartment, and included a living area, dining area and a kitchenette. It was such good value for money. It came with Yukatas and the onsen was not crowded at all. The staff were really helpful with our luggage forwarding. A really lovely stay.
