We loved how friendly the staff are, the facilities were fantastic, the dinner was awesome. Our room was my favourite! So beautiful, spacious, clean and very comfortable. We had our own open bath with hot spring.

Thank you for hospitality and lovely stay in your hotel. As always, Fairfield by Marriott offers simple, but well designed quality rooms, spotless clean environment and professional staff. I enjoyed the location away from the city centre with nice mountain view. Shuttle service to and from Nikko Tobu Station is great, however taxis were also available as well for reasonable 1000 yen fee.
