La ubicació fou molt convenient ja que ens interesava estar a prop de l'estació del JR, deixar les maletes i sortir a passejar. El museu d'Art i una costa amb bones vistes de la posta de sol estaven a prop (20 minuts a peu o 5 amb el monorail) i el centre amb restaurants i centres comercials també estava a prop.
