A wonderful rest place close to the first temples on the 88 pilgrimage. Everything is super well thought out, modern and yet full of tradition. It is intimate with 5 rooms and in an Meiji era home with a beautiful neighborhood of similar structures. The Italian restaurant several doors down is also excellent.

The host was extremely kind, spoke great English and very accommodating. No frills, perfect guesthouse and would highly recommend anyone booking. The guesthouse was extremely clean, spotless.
