The room (with private bath!) was incredible. Out of all the ryokan I've stayed at, the meals here were my favorite. Very kind and helpful staff as well. Thanks for a wonderful stay, looking forward to returning!

The location is perfect - I arrived by Shinkansen and if you take the East exit, the hotel is only 10 minutes through the shopping arcade to the hotel. There's a rather large grocery store at the JR exit. The lobby is on the 2nd floor and you're always greeted with warm smiles. Impeccable and rather large rooms. Bathroom is excellent. There's amenities at the reception - I particularly loved the stronger drip coffee available to bring up to the rooms.
