United StatesOne of the better business hotels I've been to. The Lawson's downstairs is nice, but it lacks hot food in the evening, as expected from a location in the business district. I would recommend the hotel as it was comfortable and spacious for a business hotel. Check in staff was pleasant and fixed our name to passport issue quickly and had us check in in less than 5 minutes. I'd stay again as long as I had a car on my next visit!

Convenient location of the pension. Convenient shop, market and restaurants were within walking distance. Having private parking spaces are extra nice. Laundry facility on the 2nd and 3rd floor are great! The kitchen was very well equipped and clean.

The meals and service at the restaurant were excellent 100%. All of the staff was so friendly and kind. Beautiful hotel!! The manager was hospitable, and the staff was very professional. The hotel was beautiful and modern with an traditional Japanese feel. We liked that the hotel was right on the water, beautiful view, next to restaurants and mall and in walking distance. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. We would definitely stay again!

It was absolutely wonderful! The location, the breakfast, the staff, the room! Everything! Yukiko was extremely helpful in providing options for our grandchildren traveling with us. Everyone was welcoming and although not my first stay here, the Beach Tower proved they do not change with time, every stay has been great and I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Okinawa!!
