This was the most beautiful and romantic experience I could ask for. Absolutely amazing food, the room was just the right size and what we needed. The garden area was a beautiful place to get a good morning walk in after the included breakfast. Absolutely without a doubt would recommend this location, the only downside is it's a bit hard to get to attractions around the location without a car. Hopefully more bus routes soon! 10 comfort 10 food 10 staff

In-room wifi did not work when I checked in. Since I had an online meeting next morning, I asked at the front desk if there is any other way to get wifi. They lent me a portable internet device for free. Breakfast was excellent. Quite variety of choices, even with very good pretzel roll. Convenient location if traveling by car.

The hotel is located just in front of Hamamatsu station, so it is easy to get around downtown or go anywhere. The rooms were huge and comfortable. A huge plus is that they have laundry, and you can wash/dry your clothes using new machines that don't need you to change from washing to drying, and leave the clothes very nice. You can check on your tv when the laundry is ready. The breakfast was very good, with many options to choose from, both Japanese and Western. The view from the breakfast room is towards Hamamatsu station, thus a nice place to have breakfast.
