With the hotel being newly opened, the facilities were spotless. I enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor pool and jacuzzi, admiring the sunset behind the Hira mountains. Dinner was a meat lover's dream, with every course bursting with flavor and perfectly paired wines. The next morning, we indulged in a breakfast made from fresh Omi vegetables, delivered via room service so we could savor it while taking in the scenic view of Lake Biwa. And the staff were all incredibly friendly.

I loved the location, in Moiyama Station. I loved the staff. I wanted to live here! There is a good fitness center on 3rd floor, a bit expensive but worth it. This is an outstanding value, looking forward to being in Moriyama and staying again.

An amazing property with Michelin level meals, outstanding customer service from the staff, wonderful facilities and views. We will definitely be back here again in the future. This is an authentic onsen. The baths are amazing and the hotel also has pop ups that support local vendors.
