Joe's warmth and hospitality were exceptional. He gave us local recommendations for the hot springs and food in the area, which were both really good. He made us a delicious breakfast each day, which was very hearty, and we enjoyed the conversations with him throughout our stay. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the room spacious. The quality of linen gave us both a great night's sleep.

Nice location in the town, nearby a lot of choices for a walk with nice view. It’s a pity I didn’t pick up Japanese to communicate well, but the host still recommended some nice restaurants and places. The room is very traditional tatami, very clean and warm in winter.

Breakfast is excellent. Hotel is super-beautiful. Staff is very professional and helpful making you feel like at home.

We travel by car so we choose this hotel, free parking, quite many parking lot. Breakfast delicious. G floor have onsen to enjoy.

We love this hotel very much. The room is big with a nice view of the Japanese garden.The rooms and facility look very new and well maintained. The breakfast is Japanese style, served as an individual set. It's located very near the city center where the river boat boarding jetty is.

Everything, the staff is super friendly, location is great. One minute walk to the boat ride. They were able to provide us directions to shops, mall, supermarket, etc. Even though English is not good but the friendlyness and enthusiastic that willing to help is everything.
