A szálloda vezetője Stacey rendkívül segítőkész és barátságos volt minden vendéggel, nem volt olyan kérés amire nem volt megoldás. A személyzet minden tagja nagyon figyelmes és kedves. A kedvességükért, ha lehetne, 15 pontot adnék! A reggeli bőséges volt és finom, 5 félét lehetett választani. Tojás, kolbász, palacsinta és gyümölcs egyaránt megtalálható volt a reggeliztető lapon. Az ebédet és a vacsorát az étlapról lehetett rendelni, amit a kért időben, frissen készítettek el. A medence és környezete nagyon szèp volt és tiszta. A szobák egyszerűek voltak, de tiszták, esténként szúnyogriasztó spay-vel fújták be. A szálloda vendégeire biztonsági őr vigyázott éjjel-nappal. A helyiek nem léphettek be , de érdemes kimenni hozzájuk és vásárolni tőlük pár gyöngyös karkötőt vagy kulcstartót.
